Photographer’s Note

Fort Chaffee, in Northwest Arkansas, had a large chunk of its buildings burn down in a grass fire. I delivered pizzas on this base when I was in my early 20's. Now most of it is being parceled for new housing developments.

hello Hubert
a very good pov in the right rules of photographic composition. I like the b/w of course it is picture seems being build(made) like is argent film
with a red filter for the dramatic sky.
