Photographer’s Note
I think this is a handsome old barn. I've passed it many times over the years, but this time the light grabbed me, I guess, and I stopped. The barn said "take my picture."

Hi Ed,
I am a real fan of barns so this one caught my attention right away. Perhaps you intended for this image to be slightly out of focus, but I like it - good perspective and nice colors. TFs. Gerald

Hi Ed,
You're right, the lighting here is attractive with the golden grass lit by it's warmth and the shadows along the fence providing contrast. The old barn definitely seems to have character and has probabaly experienced many storms in it's time. Well done.
Cheers Grant

I think you need along time to took this classic barn and you have a right moment when the light was on the best. I must say this a very good composition and I like it...

Hi Ed. If I had been there I would have stopped also! Great photo, wonderful light and colours. Well composed to include the farm machinery in the FG to complete the picture. Nice work and thanks for sharing.
Cheers, Paul.

Hello there, Ed.
You are right about the light. It really makes this photo a beauty. Sharpness or focus is a little lacking, but the beautiful soft colours and the lovely light make up for it. The trees make a nice frame for it. It looks a bit decrepit but those hay bales look fresh enough! Very nice work.
Regards,
Andrew
