[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The classic view of Trunk Bay in St John from the lookout along the north shore road. This same view is on a million postcards that you can find in shops throughout the Virgin Islands, so it's not exactly an original shot, but the view is quite a scene to behold, so I couldn't resist.

Hello Colin,

Turquoise color is very attractive in your scene while creating a splendid contrasts with dark blue, green and sky. Clouds, sails and silhouettes of next mountains are very nice. You captured a great sight in excellent colors, congratulations.

Colin,
what a nice surprise. I was looking into the thumbnail and couldn't figure out where the heck this place might be in the US. I don't know any place at the west or east coast with such colors in the sea. Well, Virgin Islands! A place that I still will have to go at some point. The composition with the clouds in diagonal provides an interesting sense of depth.
