Let me first tell you that I like it a lot.
It would be helpfull to TE audience to know how long the exposure was, and if it was almost dark, and the sky became like that due to the long exposure, or there was some intervention with Photoshop.
I suppose that the sea is like that due to long exposure. I like the effect.
