[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
There is a local place known as Fisheye. It's an underwater observatory that racks big bucks from all the tourists. At the end of the pier there is a staircase the leads you down to a room with portals that look out to the underwater world. The significance behind it all, is that back during WWII, when Japan and the U.S. was battling over Guam, bombs were sent. The Fisheye observatory is centered in the middle of one of those bomb craters. Enjoy!
