Photographer’s Note
Taking a walk in Stowe, Vermont this is just a pretty view looking towards main street, off route 108. along that tree line is a recreation path that runs for 5 miles along the edges of fields, rivers and roads where people ride bikes, roller blade, walk, walk their dogs or just sit on one of the many benches along the way to just enjoy the beauty of Vermont. Nestled in the Appalachian Mountain Chain, Stowe Vermont is home of the highest peak in Vermont, Mount Mansfield, home of Stowe Ski Resort at a height of 4393 ft.

Hi Donna,
Beautiful summer time Vermont landscape whith the rich green color that is so vibrant that it looks unreal but alas I know that it is real seeing it in person. Wonderful tribute to the Green Mountain State.

just this morning I came back from short vacations in New England, including southern Vermont, so the photo "speaks" to me :) love you point of view and composition, it nicely frames the beautiful white church. pitty about the sky though, but it still is a great photo.
best,
Kristine

It is a great POV over the green fields and the church. Pity the sky did not co-operate that day. In cases like this, I always create a very fine black line around the picture to make a clear separation from the main white frame. Well done, anyway.

A truly outstanding PoV, Donna! I love the way your flowers frame the scene and add a touch of contrasting colour

Hi Donna,
I love these colours, mainly these blue flowers - the sky has moved inside these pieces of beauty, because of this we can not see it on the air.
The composition is excellent!

hi Donna,
I love the layers .. the foreground flowers .. the green .. the steeple .. wish the sky was not so exposed .. I might crop it a nudge more because of that. Love the image though!
take care,
John

Hi Donna,
Well composed with the foreground flowers nicely framing this intriguing shot, with the church intriguingly veiled by the trees. The clarity of detail here is impressive, as are the multi hues of yellow and green...Just back on TE after a three month absence - refreshed. All the best.

Nice peacefull landscape, with the church and the small house half hidden among the trees and the wild flowers in the foreground.
All the best,
Emmanuel
