Photographer’s Note
Took this in the morning of a January day (2007) along Bellevue Ave in Newport, RI. It had rained earlier and was misting still when I took it. The mood was dreary,and was quite a bit of fog out. Used my Tokina wide angle lens and then convered into B/W using Lightroom during post-processing as I wanted to convey the mood of the morning in a black and white effect.

Hello Jen:
An image with a strong compositional power. The state's climate has been a great incentive to take a well-balanced in the frame. Textures in black and white, have been well suited to the scene.
