George,
This is a nice overview of Pittsburgh. The river leads the eye through the shot nicely. The lighting and colors are fine with nice sharpness and clarity. I think that the use of a polarizing filter would have improved this shot. The polarizer would make the colors even richer and remove glare from water and structures.
