Gateway is a station on the Port Authority of Allegheny County's Pittsburgh Light Rail network. Until October 30, 2009 it was the "T" system's westernmost extent within downtown Pittsburgh. The Port Authority closed Gateway Center as part of construction work on the North Shore Connector project. The former station entrance was demolished and a new station was built, which opened in 2012. The name of the new station was truncated from "Gateway Center" to simply "Gateway". Gateway Station and North Side station lie at the southern and northern ends of the Allegheny River Tunnel, respectively.

Nice view of the railway station entrance glittering with artificial lights. The metallic frames and railings creates an attractive graphic effect. View of the outside city through the glass wall is also very nice. Thanks for sharing.

you filled your frame with an absolutely fascinating play of lines, the impact of this formidable network of perspectives is captivating. I like very much how you controlled the intricacy of this setting, rendering the view comprehensible and pleasing for the viewer. The sense of depth is superb, the homogeneous lighting and the chromatic harmony help the patterns look clear and define the space precisely. I also like how the gaps between the lines are filled with an intriguing outside view. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a lovely day,

Good indoor shot, it's about perspective and depth that you have achieved in pleasant tones, light and contrast with very a pleasing results. The strong converging diagonals pull all attention deep in with lots more interest around provided by the structural design of the edifice. Speck of vivid colours add lots of sensation and value to the shot. A nicely done and tks for sharing.

What an architect would creat such a complicated labyrinth of iron-railings and glass.
Almost got lost in the mix of angular lines, converging diagonals, and diminishing onto the depth of the gateway.
Yet, appreciate the photojob done here, clarity and contrast along with superb light management, and the outside scenery combined.

we don't get to see too many photos from Pittsburgh on TE, and thats a shame. The city has some fantastic POV's with its bridges!
lots of twists and turns here, really like all the forms.
