Photographer’s Note
Gateway Center in Pittsburgh is a complex of 1950s-era highrise office buildings. Three of the buildings look the one pictured here, with shiny reflective surfaces, sharp 90° angles and an Art Deco feel. Symmetrical images have always caught my attention, and I liked the way the two wings of this building produced mathematically precise "internal" reflections of each other.

Hi Sandy,
Very interesting composition! I love the crisp blue sky behind this very silver metalic series of buildings. The symmetry is great and I love the reflections and play of light. Well done!

Hello Sandy,
It's really fantastic how both wings of that Gateway Center have created identical reflections on each other.
Personally I'm not that fond of symmetrical images but in this case I have to admit that it's a very beautiful picture.
Best regards, Paul
