Photographer’s Note
Rather than bore myself (and you) with the same-old, same-old view of Philadelphia's famous City Hall building, I thought it would be fun to look at it from a bug's perspective. So I rested my camera right on the grass, (this is in Logan Square where the fountain is located) and pointed slightly up. It took me several tries to get the horizon line straight, since I was unable to look through the view-finder.
I've done very little to this photo in PP aside from crop it and make some minor adjustments to saturation level and sharpness. Enjoy.

Hi Rachel,
This bug's POV works very well in the framing, because it mixes such a green grass with the magnificent architecture, the lamppost and the flags, with a great chromatic result and a nice graphism.
Good management of the light and the shades.
It's a good work.
Best regards,
Josep

Hi dear Rachel
I like your point of view and the low DOF.
The colours are beautiful. The sharpness could be better. Anyway, it has a great details and good light management
Warm regards

Ola Rachel ,
Gostei do teu ponto de visão baixo junto do relvado tem um belo tom de verde, bom contraste de arquitecturas de edifícios modernos e a torre de estilo antigo, parabéns!!
Um abraço Gonçalo
