Photographer’s Note
This shot is from about 1 km further north and higher up along the west bank of the Delaware from my last post.
Here we can see an important roadway as it snakes along the river's edge. This is Interstate 80, one of the most heavily travled highways in the country. It crosses the United States, connecting New York City to San Francisco, via Chicago, Omaha, Cheyenne, Salt Lake City, Sacramento and several other important cities along the way. We see it here at the western edge of New Jersey.
PP: RAW to TIFF, then PS levels, plus sharpened. I know the clouds are overcooked, I don't know how to handle this. Advice?

Did you drive on the whole of the Interstate 80? It must be nice to do that, but I will probably take some time. The US are so big.
Nice green tones. The clouds have patterns that are a bit like the patterns on a cow, but only the colours are different. Nice wide view as well.

Hi Matt!
Another good landscape photo. Colors are great but sky is a bit strange. Perspective is indeed fantastic. Really nice shot.

Hi Matt! I like this crisp and deep picture full of lush green hues. The contrast between the concrete infrastructure and the natural textures is great but the thing that really makes this shot is the lovely variety of green textures and hues. Very well done!

Hi Matt, a nice capture of the beautiful scenery next to a busy interstate. I think I drove through that part before, never get chance to watch the scene because of the winding road in the area. The mountain and the river is beautifully curve through this picture with all the mountains covered with green. An excellent compo and very nice shot.

Hi Matt,
Beautiful composition in green.
Interesting place. Indeed, something strange happened with the clouds.

Hi Matt
I like the shadows of the clouds on the forested hillside & the curve of the concrete embankment. Good color & sharpness. Well done!

I like the play of shadows on the trees. Very nice place and I really should try to make a point of visiting someday. In the meantime, thanks for sharing. Cheers, John.

Dear Matt,
Wonderful game between sun and shadow on the the trees, the curving beneath of the river give lovely perspective. Dear Matt, I would diminish above the sky until the trees.
But it's a beautiful picture now too.
Greetings,
John.

Very beautiful place, and the light on the hill is great! The overcooked sky looks pretty cool, but unreal of course. You could have claimed it was some snow covered mountains or something. I have no smart tricks for you, just that you could crop more of it.
Thanks,
Magnus

Hi Matt,
Good PoV here overlooking the river and many details to be seen, including the green sign on the interstate, very green view generally speaking, yes you have an issue with the sky here, I would advise to work on a selection to try to fix it, but I'm not very good at it ;-))
Good luck !

Hi Matt,
It's my return to critiques and posts at TE, after a week at Azores archipel and the beautiful S.Miguel island, that now is my new starting Serie. Many North European and also North America tourists there.
Good Picture, angle of view, excelent soft colors, sharpness and enquadrement. Beautiful nature landscape very well captured.

Good natural greens in this view and I agree here you could maybe benefit this capture by cropping the sky out or as I see you work from RAW to edit the RAW only concentrating on the clouds and joint it together with the landscape here as long it was not totally overexposed.
Warm greetings

Mountains to cut the breath. All this greenery is magnificent under this light. The sky is a problem, but I cannot help you.

Hi Matt! Some of the most beautiful scenery in the U.S. I love Pennsylvania! Wonderful sunlit composition and great POV. Must be beautiful now, with the honeysuckle and azaleas blooming. Great shot! Thanks! Linda

This is a fine photo! Just where along Route 80 were you when you took the photo? I don't recall seeing a very good area to pull over anywhere near the Water Gap.
The green colors here are great and you have some wonderful foreground detail!
It's a shame about the clouds. Do you have a polarizing filter? That might help with the cloud situation.
