Photographer’s Note
This is the Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania's eastern border, just south of the village of the same name in Pennsylvania. This is looking south from the Pennsylvania (west) side. The right bank is Pennsylvania, the left is New Jersey. On the Pennsylvania side it's just at the border of Monroe and Northampton counties.
Here the Delaware River is about 70 miles (110 km) upstream from where it empties into the Delaware Bay at Philadelphia.
PP: RAW to TIFF, PS sharpened, increased color sat and contrast a bit, decreased brightness, straightened and cropped.

Hi Matt
Good sharpness color & composition. I like the 'v' notch at the top, and the curve of the river in the foreground. Well done!

I see that not everything has finished blooming yet in your area of the state. ;-)
This is a great view of the Water Gap. I like the "layers" of land you captured.

Hi Matt,
Looking at your picture, i wish i had a canoe and was on that river...:) Great mountains you have caught. Nice compo. Were you on a boat?...i guess not. Nicely caught though. Ah..i see you have a 20D. Was one of the choices I had when i bought mine.

Hi Matt!
Nice, quiet scenery. I like such places. Your photos in my opinion are natural, not so much edited in Photoshop or others graphic programs. Well done.
Regards.

Hi Matt,
Good angle and well seen. I like the light in this shot, a part with sun and the other with shades.

Hi Matt,
A nice composition and a nice shot. Our view follows the water flow making a turn to the valley of the mountain. A beautiful cloud in the sky and nice layers of the mountain ridges. A very informative notes. Well done.

Hi Matt,
Nice and quiet landscape, I like how the light plays with the trees to produce different tonal ranges, plant details at the bottom right are excellent, but it seems to me the clouds are a little bit overexposed.
Have a nice day,

Hi Matt. I agree with Alexlie's comments that you present very natural scenes without much PP. Having said that, I think that a little contrast or graduated tint with the clouds would have much enhanced. But this is a beautiful scene, full of good colour, lines, shadows, and an excellent POV. The scene is very springlike. Well captured and well executed.

A nice "around-the-bend" view of the Gap, Matt. The layering of landscape elements works nicely here to support a notion of depth in the composition, and it is also nicely supported by the way in which the sunlight accentuates the landscape features. Beautiful natural colors.

Hi Matt,
A nice quiet and peaceful place well captured. You have chosen a good POV with the interlocking mountains, which is interesting. Your decision to include the leafless branches and the sprouting ones in the foreground is brilliant. They make all the difference. Well done! Regards.

Hi Matt again
I appreciate this composition of this beautifull landscape.
But I think you must try to give more importance in the foreground by putting something who attract the glance
