This unusual 16 sided building is the centerpiece of the campus of the Union College, a private liberal arts college founded in 1795. It was built between 1858 and 1879, and named after a former president of the college. It is 34 m high and its interior is completely open to the top of the dome, creating a very unusual meeting room. The building is a U.S. National Historic Landmark.

Another beauty, that is a very unique building and you present it beautifully here. The person walking in front gives such a great idea of scale and the light is just superb.
all the best

This is a very nice image of this interesting and beautiful architecture. The framing with the trees is well done and the light is very good. The people walking add a sense of proportion.
