Photographer’s Note
This view of Niagara Falls was actually taken in Canada, looking at the American side. We learned on our trip that the majority of water, as much as 50%- 75% depending on various conditions, flowing over the American side is diverted for the purpose of making electricity. There are approximately 75,000 gallons/sec actually flowing over the falls.
