Photographer's Note
On one of my trips to NY i took this panorama of what has to be my favorite American monument. Unfortunately it was that time of day that her arm was casting shodow across her face but I still like the image.
I would like to thank our French friends for this magnificent gift. Despite our current political differences, I sincerely hope that we can remain friends.
The image was stitched together from 4 originals and then cropped and the levels were adjusted.

WOW! The sky in this photo is such a deep blue. You did a fine job of stitching this together. I have always found that a bit challenging this type of perspective.

Nice rendition of an unmistakeable icon. To me the shadow looks natural, if I were in the summer sun, I would want may face shaddowed too!

Great idea to turn this iconic monument into a vertical LP, Mark. Your stitching work is really successful and gives me the impression of standing again at Lady Liberty's feet (like I last did in 1998). Colors and sharpness are great. I'm adding this into my "Americana" theme, thanks for sharing.
