I think this is composed brilliantly, the movement of the people and the protrait setting really suits the lines of the building. Im not sure about the focus of this, it all seems a little blurred, mainly due to the long exposure i presume, next time you could try to find something to rest the camera on to avoid the camera shake and creating a shot with much better focus! I still think this is worth of 2 points because of the composition!
