Photographer's Note

After a long time way from TrekEarth, here my first photo from New York City. This was my first international travel and what I have to say? It was amazing! and? I like to go back there as soon as possible!

I will in next weeks upload many photo of this trip (not all beacuse I took more than a thousand photos). Here I start to upload photo from my new Canon T3i camera too.

Here a photo of the famous yellow taxis of NY. I only take one during my trip, they are very crazy in the traffic! Photo took close to the Public Library.

Hello Andre,
I recognized this corner right away. :-) Nice capture of a row of taxis waiting at the stoplight. It is interesting that they alternate in a pattern: larger vehicle and then smaller one. I look forward to seeing more of your NYC photos.

Hi Andre,
A well composed picture with the strong vertical lines from the background building against the long yellow line of the cabs. The red sign of the Swedish company "Hennes & Mauritz" is also quite eye-catching.

Adoro NY!!!!! E minha última viagem em 2010 foi a melhor... talvez por conta da idade... aproveitei muito mais do que nas vezes anteriores! Vc que foi apaixonado... rsrsrsrs... também deve ter curtido muiiito!
A foto está ótima, com destaque para vários detalhes daquela grande maçã!

Hello Andre,

I am glad that you enjoyed your visit to NYC. This is a very familiar sight for me as I always drive on these streets. I like those bright yellow color taxis waiting for the light against the dull colored buildings. The colors and sharpness are great. Hope to see more from this big city.
