The omnipresent yellow cab in New York, I know this is somewhat of a cliché, but still I couldn't help myself.
This particular one has been captured on 5th avenue, the ultimate shopping street in New York

Toujours interessant de désaturer une image et de garder quelques éléments de couleur.

Hello Daniel - Did you go to NY for Christmas shopping and on such an expensive street! :)
The yellow taxis are as synonymous with NY as red double decker buses are to London. Cliché? perhaps but who cares? Nice diagonal composition accentuated by you selective desaturation.
I've just seen your previous upload from NY. Is the 59th Street the same one that Simon and Garfunkel used for a song title '59Th Street Bridge Song'?
I look forward to seeing more from an iconic city I have never seen. Warm regards Rosemary

Good morning Daniel!
Nice shot, I would call it a classic rather than a cliche!
Very dynamic composition with the cabs on a diagonal and great idea to convert to monochrome with the splashes of yellow.
Have a great day

Very good conversion, in this orientation and excellent selective coloring, the trademark yellow cabs in Manhattan stand out creating a striking impact. Great ideas and approach as we get to focus straight onto main subject without much color distractions. This is a cleverly planned shot that works. Well done, Congrats.

C'est bien vu la désaturation partielle.
Joli post traitement.
