Everytime I visit Manhattan it seems to get more and more chaotic. Not necessarily because of the people, but because the environment itself is more and more staturated with advertisements, billboards, neon signs, different colors, honking cars, stereos blasting, and so on and so forth.
Once it was mostly confined to times sqaure and broadway, but now it has spread to other parts of town -- even the village.
So this photo reminds me of a typical street scene in just about any manhattan street nowdays. The crosswalk lines also kinda remind me of The Beatles's Abbey Road album cover -- kinda.

I like the busy scene you've captured here, the eyes just get lost into the image viewing the whole scene.

Your shot definitely depicts the busy nature of Manhattan well, JC. How did you get this POV--did you put a ladder in the street??? However you did it, it works. Good timing to catch cabs in the street and crosswalks full. (Not that those are rare in Manhattan...)
Two small comments--the contrast is a bit high, and the horizon tilts to the right.
