Photographer’s Note
Photo taken from Prospect Mountain in Lake George, located on the western edge of Lake George, the viewers made me smile when I saw them from a lower point of view.
Prospect Mountains offers trails and spectacular views, Spectacular views of Vermont's Green Mountains, New Hampshire's White Mountains, New York's Adirondack High Peaks and, on a very clear day, the Laurentians of Canada.
I'll probably show a view on Lake George Next time, couldn't make a spectacular view though.

Bonjour Pierre,

Hey Pierre. That's too funny! You show a great eye here. It's almost like they designed them to look like faces. Nice catch Pierre.

Bonjour Pierre,
Very well seen! Makes me want to use these binoculars...if they already smile about the view behind the "Prospect Mountain".

Bonjour, Pierre.

Belle image

Hi Oierre,
Indeed, the two viewers exactly made a smile, the two silhouettes give a nice contrast against the blue sky too.
Very nice done!
John.

They are like two people up there looking out from the top of the peak. I like the way you composed it placing them to both get the direction of the viewers out over the edge and let the mind imagine what is over there. And also, as the person like figures that they are, as though they have just climbed up and over the peak into your view and are now taking a breath and looking around. The DOF is nice for the sky but seems a bit shallow, perhaps, for capturing both viewers crisply. It seems the right one is crisp but the left one is a bit softer. Not too much, though, and it still works well in showing us these two happy climbers.

Hi Pierre. This was very well seen, from that particular perspective they indeed look like huge silver smileys mounted on the rock's edge for no particular reason. Good work with the contrasts and a very smooth presentation overall.

Haha, they look like aliens from outer space, Pierre! Nicely seen, and the composition is just right--lots of negative space to imply thoughts!

Bonjour Pierre,

Vraiment, bravo.

Hi Pierre,
A clever and humorous shot. I like the low angle view here which ensures higher impact of the two smileys. Great incongruity here with these two manmade structures standing amidst stark wilderness rock and the open sky. A very effective shot. Well done.
