Looking at the main ski lift at Peek'n Peak near Findley Lake, N. Y.
According to Wikipedia, Peek'n Peak Resort and Spa is a ski resort in southwestern New York in Chautauqua County operating since 1964. It is located at the western end of the ski country snowbelt. The lodge was built in the Tudor architecture style. Peek'n Peak has 27 skiing and snowboarding trails as well as a 36 hole golf course. In 2007 they added "The Spa at Peek'n Peak". As of June 3, 2010, Peek'n Peak is under Chapter 11 bankruptcy. On August 24, 2011, the resort was purchased by Scott Enterprises, in an auction.
Well, we did not know all this before we went there last weekend. Nevertheless, the whole family had a good time!

It's an interesting concept, Murat, but I'm not sure how well it has worked in execution. The shot of the lift itself is actually quite nice, with a good wintry sense and a fine angle, especially with the skier in blue at bottom. But the two blurred skis at the sides wind up, to me, being more of a distraction than a necessary element; they get in the way of a better shot, I think. Just my opinion, however!
