Very soft image..Looks dominated by the blues as well. Could use some color correction, or manual differentiation in post-processing. Unfortunately, it seems that noise is apparent as well. Apologies, but the building in the back right is obtrusive. Very dramatic foreground subject though..
I wonder where this is, is that Niagra falls in the back?
