Photographer’s Note
The NY State Education Building. The building itself is huge and very impressive - try as I may, with the camera I have I couldn't capture it in one frame.
The exterior of the building is made of marble, and this hall demonstrates how detailed the artwork done there was - for example, take a close look at the ceiling - all carved flowers in tens of layers...
I hope I managed to capture and convey to you the amazement I felt standing there.
I cropped a little and rotated so that the left side would be vertical - because of the angle of the photo I had to chose which side will not be tilted and chose the left, because of the lamp.

Very well captured! The endless lines of pilars work well! All the shades of the marble are beautiful. the candle and blue ceilingdetails are a nice distraction.

I love this place and I like use of lines in this picture. It creates fellings that the building is higher than it is in real. Good job
