Hi Chuck,
a good image in absolutely not easy light conditions to represent the winter face of this famous seaside resort.Given the colours a bit dull, i think that in B/W it would came out more, maybe slightly increasing the contrast to bring out better the elements composing this scene.But i like it in this way too!
