This is a nice shot of the shoreline and the overall composition is very good. But there are a few things I would change.

I would crop some of the sky from the top and the sand from the bottom to put more emphasis on the people and buildings. Your photo could also benefit from an unsharp mask. If your photo editor has one, try applying the following settings: Amount - 20%; Radius - 50 pixels; Threshhold - 0. These settings will make your photo look clearer.
