En redescendant la Boot Spur Trail du Mont Washington , point de vue opposé de la photo précédente, vu de la butte sur la gauche.
Les nuages glacés qui s'acharnaient sur le sommet montrent la glace qui s'accroche et bloque le passage du Tuckerman Ravine, pendant que nous avancions péniblement sur la Boot Spur balayée par les violents vents latéraux (94km/h) qui nous obligeaient carrément à utiliser nos bâtons de marche pour ne pas être projetés hors du sentier. Rester debout pour assembler les multiples images du panorama était tout un défi.

Going down Boot Spur trail on Mount Washington, with a point of view opposite from the last picture, as seen from the rocky ridge on the left.
The freezing clouds clinging to the summit reveal the ice packs blocking the Tuckerman Ravine, while we were laboriously proceeding on the Boot Spur trail hit by the lateral hurricane winds (94km/h)which made the use of walking sticks imperative to try to stay on the trail instead of being violently pushed asside. Staying upright to assemble the many pictures of the panorama was quite a challenge.

Salut Bruno,
Bien pour animer ce paysage, la présence des randonneurs avec leur couleur claire, un plafond de nuage un peu bas mais avec cet option de format panoramique cela donne un très bon résultat.

sometimes has also happened to me to be attacked by the clouds walking in tall mountain. The greatest worry is that to lose the path if it snows. Luckily has been all right always.
Beautiful image, that gives the feeling of the moment. Seem me to feel the cold air and the perfume of the musk. Compliments.

Hi Bruno,

You did a good job with the panorama given the windy conditions. The view is beautiful. I have been in so many similar situations but on glaciers. Is hard because on a glacier is better to stay put until the fog lift up and the sind stop. Nice light and interesting place to present. Thanks Bruno.

Bonjour Bruno,
L'etirement panoramique va bien a cette image qui a par ailleurs un bon rendu au vu des conditions meteo, les personnes sont bien placees dans le cadre et ont eu le gout de sh'habiller avec des couleurs qui contrastent fortement ce qui est un vrai plus !
