Two humpback whales were spotted off the coast of Boston, Massachusetts. They surely attracted a lot of attention! Humpback Whales are quite common in the Atlantic ocean, adult whales are about 40-50 feet and weigh approximately 35,000 kgs. I spotted these whales on a "whale watching trip". I have uploaded a close up of one of the whales in the workshop.

Where were you when you took this shot? I presume from another boat. The WS is simply superb, though I like the jet de eau in this one. What a scene this must be to see this massive beauties!
