[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was photographing my daughter in the playground and turned and instantly saw this shot. I was fairly surprised to even get it because my digital camera has quite a long shutter lag. Taken in Elm Park, Worcester, Massachusetts

Nice shot! Well composed, and I like your title. You can correct the exposure (a bit...) by using the burn tool (photoshop) on the over exposed parts of the bridge. I would also prefer a softer focus (despeckle/ other noise reduction tool should do it), but the photo is also good as is.

Good photo, particularly as you had little time to set it up.

Very nice Shot Michael! I like all shades of green. With this angle of view, curvature of the bridge and ironwork are very well rendered. I also like the child who appears to try to progress on the bridge with hesitation and feverishness.

A pity that it there no note permitting to enrich the all (place, context,...).

I withdraw my bad words, Michael ;-) Now, With notes, your composition is even more alive.

I think the light is what makes this picture special. It emphasizes the Arch of the bridge and creates the shilouette of the child. You picked the perfect moment when the child is freely placed in front of the gleaming boards of the bridge.
Thanks for sharing.

Bonjour Michael
Being a new grandfather, this picture is quite significant to me.
Lovely!

That bridge was there 35 years ago when I first tried to cross it... Great picture, Michael - timeless - excellent title.
