Photographer's Note

Damn.. That's a one heck of the ugliest 'Bushes by the river' masterpiece ever posted on TE !

I know… I know...
I know what you are thinking, folks.
Either Polonaise went nuts ( due to excessive jogging at 5:30 am) or, that meathead had learned how to successfully avoid ( finally ) the people while snapping the photos !

Oh, well… Possibly both reasons apply in here…

The photo.
Who ever was there - it will recognize the place.
These are the MAYFLOWER boats, roped to the main ship - legend.
In the early morning sun. The lovely bush of the wild rose in the front. Bokeh - dream. Colors - out of this world. The grain. The composition.
The juxtaposition. The photo tradition and a bunch of other 'itions' .
The frame… Did I mention the frame ? The white frame must be in place to crown the masterpiece.

........................

So, there I was. Standing there, on the Plymouth rock, with the heart strongly palpitating.
Here they've landed. Hardly alive, angry and in complete disarray. Arguing each other and jumping to each other eyes.
Is THAT the place they've been looking for or, shall they go further down south ?
Some of them stayed, some of them went further and landed again in the Cape Cod.

362 years later - I'm standing there… On the same shore… Breathing heavily.

...........................

PS: Is it really THAT ugly ?
Have you seen those masterpieces awarded with 100+ points by the most accomplished on the site ?

:-)))

Rezpekt, folks... Rezpekt.
