Photographer’s Note
This is my favourite beach in this part of the East Coast. Thanks to Joffray, a friend of mine, who gave me the opportunity to discover this little place, so quiet and peaceful.
Wingaersheek Beach is located in the eastern (continental) part of the Massachussetts: Cape Ann. I went there twice, and both times I was seduced by the sand, the water, the shells, and the "KEEP OUT" rock ;)
I stopped there for the second night of my road-trip. I don't know if I did something illegal there, but I didn't see any "No overnight parking" signs, and I saw nothing about camping on the beach, so I took a guess and set the camp. I was so tired I didn't even lit a fire, and it was a bit windy.
In the morning (picture), I took a walk on the beach, and I collected the biggest shell I ever saw in my life... I didn't think oysters (or else ??) could be that big.
The next step: Boston, for the third time in my life.
PP: some manips about sharpening the colours -they were a bit flat. I think I mostly adjusted the levels of the blues, and the saturation for the whole picture, then added the frame.
