Photographer’s Note
An architectural wonder of the MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) in Boston, the Stata Center replaced in 2004 the "temporary" building 20 of the 1940s. Created by the excentric canadian-born architect Franck Gehry, this bizarre yet superb building houses computer science laboratories & the departments of linguistics & philosophy (Noam Chmsky has an office there). Some consider it too expensive, others blame the budget cuts during construction, but considering the massive creative effort of this reputed university, I think it's definitely worth it!
No quie easy to photograph when merely passing through in the evening light, but this star of architecture does merit closer scrutiny to discover hidden gems in strange angles, especially when compared to the austere surrounding buildings.
Google maps also has an interractive view from street level by searching for these coordinates: 42.362048,-71.090512

Bonjour Bruno

Hey Bruno
Very interesting architecture. I would paint it differently to give it cheerful look :) The windows remind me of a Dancing House in Prague, I think those two buildings have the same windows....Oh, and no wonder, I've just googled it's the same architect ;-)
Have a nice day
Sneza
