Lower Washington Street near the Downtown Crossing section of Boston during a recent snowfall. Some of the buildings in the background are old theaters (predating film) that have been restored.

Hello Chris,

I imagine a small snow blower is as essential a machine Boston winters as a lawnmower would be in the rest of the country. I love the snow flakes frozen in the air, and the steam expelled by the man cleaning the sidewalk.

A perfect way to show a heavy snowfall in a city. The yellow lamps and the snowflakes make a beautiful pictorial effect. Excellent job !

Hi Chris - a nice look at Downtown Crossing during this larger than expected storm. The lights in the BG look great through the snow, as do the lampposts lining the street. Certainly one of Boston's most interesting areas visually, and that comes through nicely here.

Grand amateur de photo de neige en tous genres et en tous lieux j'apprécie particulièrement celle ci. je précise qu'il neige actuellement à Paris et je regrette de ne pas avoir le temps d'aller faire quelques photos.
Cette photo transcrit bien l'ambiance neige sur la ville qui tente de continuer de vivre malgré les difficultés.
