Photographer's Note
These trees seem to show the full progression of fall, from left to right - green leaves that turn red and finally fall to the ground as you move right. Beyond is Boston's famous Customs House tower, perhaps my favorite part of the city's skyline. The concrete blocks below that, however, are part of perhaps my least favorite building in the city, the Brutalist City Hall building.

Hello Andrew, your photo here brings me back memories. I was in Boston two years ago, you should check out my galery and tell me what you think about my vision of Boston. Nice one here, good composition.

Hello Andrew,
we´ve seen definitely not enough pictures from Boston so far.I'm glad you´re changing that. This is really great shot from Boston´s downtown-combination of daily-life and architecture photography. The light is fabulous here.It helps to saturate better the colors and to bring out more details of the scene.Superb composition!
Have a nice day

Hello Andrew,
The light is absolutely brilliant in this picture, the colours are great and the sharpness perfect! It's a nice composition too, where you wisely saved a thin slice of the highrise building to the right to frame the fine tower. The dots of orange and red brighten the foreground. The nearest man doesn't do anything but he actually a good counterweight to the tower.
Best regards,
Gert

Excellent observation of the sequence of 'Fall' in the seriese of treen along the foot path. Its a sunny day and the imposing buildings in view have been captured with clarity and sharpness.
An elegant looking Lamp post rises above the trees and fits perfectly in the centre of the photograph with the high rise buildings and the silvery clouds in the background.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Andrew
oh yeah, i remember that 'ugly' building you showed me before :)
I think it looks pretty ugly in this set up! well, not so much ugly, but just looking kind of boring - no creativity or charm.
Boston is a city thats totally new to me, so any photo will be unique for my virgin-boston-eyes.
any photo's of the Green Monster? :)
I like that you used the building on the far right side to anchor the shot, it helps.
fine inner city shot.
enjoy your day

Hello Andrew - I'm not surprised you don't much care for the 'concrete block'. Its not very stylish or clever is it? Now the clock tower is another story and is nicely framed by the high-rise buildings as it projects against a lovely sky. The Fg detail adds good colour and interest to the cityscape. Compliments on the quality here! Warm regards rosemary

Hi Andrew,
nice photo of Boston. I like the man walking at the same line of the trees, where we can note the fall arriving where some trees have loss thier leaves.
The background is pretty too with the clouds indicating the end of the summer.
Well done.

Hello Andrew,
Very nice city shot, showing old and new architecture, and daily life. I like the clock tower in the background. The man walking in the foreground was captured in just the right spot to balance out the composition, with him in the lower left corner, and the tower near the upper right.

Hello Andrew
Ah Boston, such a nice city. Was there a couple of years back and have lots of fond memories.
A pleasing composition with a warm and golden light. The clock tower nicely framed by the sky scraper to the left and even the man in the foreground has his place in this composition.
have a nice weekend

Hi Andrew,
Nice framing to get this excellent composition. The custom house towers looks very sharp even if the shot has been taken from a good distance. The DOF, saturation and exposure were managed perfectly. Great work! TFS.

Hi Andrew,
you included some beautiful elements in your image. The clock tower, the lamp pole, the autumn leaves of the trees. On top of that is the walking man on the far left, which makes for a very good composition.
TFS, best regards, F.
