[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
After spending a great day at Quabbin, I was just heading out of the reservation and I turned and saw this composition. It was the last shot for me of the fall season at Quabbin.

Hi Michael,
The colours are attractive, but I feel it is lacking bit in sharpness part. But the autumn mood is captured nicely here.
Greetings from India,
Dhurjati

Hello Michael,

I do love the pov and the colours in your shot! It is also nicely composed.

I have to agree with Dhurjati about the sharpness, however, I rather like the softness as it makes your shot resemble an impressionist painting!

Kind regards,
Bev :-)

Hi Mike,
a bit underrated, in my opinion.
I don't think of it as being too soft, POV and colors are absolutely fine. It's an atmospheric shot and it looks like a painting, which I definitely like.
(Over)raising the contrast usually screws up this kind of shots and makes them look unnatural. Plenty examples on TE...
IMO : a fine job.
You have a great day.
Ciao,
Fulvio.

I always like how you manage to restrict the colour palette so that each shot has an individual character.
Serge
