During fall in New England a multitude of species of ferns like here at Quabbin Reservoir turn a rich golden color. I was luck enough to spot this scene with the ferns bathed in warm sunlight.

Hi Michael,

Lovely spot and exciting light.. perhaps
lacks some sharpness, or you scanned it in very low re.. Izzet Keribar

Hi Michael,
You took good advantage of the tree blocking the strongest light. Great light on the ferns. Well done

I like this one Michael, nice capture of the
light, good composition. Well done

Regards Ian

Beautiful composition and lighting. It shows a lot of depth from the thin trees casting long shadows. It could be sharper, but I'm guessing the softness is due to the scan.
