This shot was taken from a boat in Booth Bay harbor with a long lens in the fog. Visibility with the fog was really bad.
This shot is heavily processed in Photoshop CS3, as there was very little detail in the fog.
- Extreme crop
- Levels layer on trees
- Levels layer for sky and lighthouse
- Noise reduction on the sky with Noise Ninja
- Some burning of highlights on lighthouse
- Some saturation adjustments on lighthouse
- Small amount of Gaussian blur added to the sky
Not exactly indicative of how the view looked, but that is why the Spirits created computers and editing software.... |
