This floating dock in Lubec maine has a beautiful view of the Bay of Fundy and distant New Brunswick Islands. Lubec is one of the eastern most villages in the U.S. and is at the meeting of the Gulf of Maine and the Bay of Fundy.

I like the view, i only found the rock at the lower fg a bit distracting but its a good shot. Those boats are good subject too. thanks for sharing.

I was thinking that the tides might be high here by the length of those pilings. Beautiful shot by the way. You have captured a nice view as well as including a couple of east coast fish boats. TFS

Having spent almost 6 years in New Brunswick region, Bay of Fundy was always a popular topic because university faculty members always spoke of the tidal power generation, wind power and solar power. Particular tidal power since the Bay has one strong sea resource of tidal engergy.

You have done well in this pov and composition. Nice blue theme.

Tom, color and detail are as wonderful as always on your work and the air seems to be so crisp that I can smell it just looking at the photo. I am not sure I like the composition as well as some of your others tho, it is a bit symmetrical maybe, I can't really put my finger on it. Overall it is good and looks like a place well worth visiting.

Hi Ton,
I just found this spot on the atlas. A fairly remote spot and surrounded by a lot of water. I am licking my chops thinking of all of the delicious fish that is caught in this area. You created a great shot with your very clever composition which gives your scene a very good sense of depth. Including the rocks in the foreground was a great idea. Marvelous image of this lonely looking but beautiful fishing village!
