In Maine one of the main activity is lobster fishing and be ware cause you could get caught by the lobster pot. They sell in thoses restaurant lobster call soft shell what i call empty shell. And they are very expensive about $20.00 per pound.Soft shell is when the lobster change his shell for a larger one just like snake when they change their skin.The shell is not full fill and you pay for the shell that you could not eat.Be wise and pay just fot the meat.This one is in Bar Harbor and the lobster was very good.
