I could not resist taking another shot of this classic Maine Lobster Shack in South Bristol.
The fishermen store ropes, traps, bouys and stinky bait in these houses.
As you can see it takes sure footness on that ladder at low tide.

You POV is great here using the front of the canoe to lead the eye to the lobster shack. The reflection adds nice depth for the scene. The angle of the shot is nice allowing us to see two sides of the building. The lighting and colors are great and the photo has excellent sharpness.

The triangle of your canoe echoed by the triangle of the roof... A fine view of the shack anchored o nthe shoreside.

Hello Tom, Extraordinary old building on the shores of this lake or harbor. Great reflections. No, I would not want to climb that ladder for anything. Surely there is another entrance from land on the other side. The question is, do they still find good lobster here? Great Shot. Regards, Roger

You'll have to patent these photos where your kayak is present in the landscape, "the world seen from the water."
Excellent composition and presentation of the place with wonderful light and colors.

That's really living at the edge, I would say, I do not know if I would like to live in this house. It is a very well framed and executed shot, in particular the reflection in the water boosts the impression of the picture. Very nice vibrant color hues and sharpness. Well done. Thanks for your critique of my paddy fields, yes this year the harvest could be excellent.

Lep pogled preko pramca camca na prodavnicu pribora i mamaca za ribolov.
Interesantno mesto i arhitektura sa prodavnicom na kamenom zidu, dobro ste prikazali lepim bojama i fotografijom. Dobar tekst i trenutak snimka sa reflexom u vodi.
Nice view over the bow of the boat and accessories shop for fishing bait.
An interesting place to shop and architecture on a stone wall, well you view the beautiful colors and a photo. A good text and instant recording the reflex in the water.

un kayak qui te conduit toujours à des endroit merveilleux, souvent bien entouré de nature, sauvahgge et brute de cette région du Nord.
Une compo simple dans des couleurs naturelles.
My best regards.

The tide must bring considerable difference in water level in these parts, along the Norwegian coastline it is usually only 60-70 cm..!
And I understand the kayak season is at its height these days hehehe...
A point of view not many of us experience, must be risky to bring expensive equipment in the kayak...!

Another of your colourful and joyful photos which makes one envious of your kayak trips! (:-)
Both the kayak and the shack make a lovely subject surrounded by a luxuriant environment. The light is very good and it's responsible for this vibrating image. The compo is good enough even if - just to be fuss-pot- one cm more to the right it would have been more harmonious.

very nicely composed impression of this traditional shack in a wonderful light. Your kayak is once again a very fascinating feature. The colors are very pleasant. It is the atmosphere of calmness that makes this image very attractive. TFS!

It is a dream house built between the clumps and water, very nice a local house in simply design, reflections are everywhere on the water surface, thanks for sharing a distinct photo shoot from the moving boat.

Jolie composition, avec cette pointe de bateau qui nous amène sur cette maison à pilotis.

Nice fg with the kayak, lovely reflection and interesting houses; for the composition, maybe the kayak and the house not in the middle of the photo would give a better composition, maybe ...

Can't miss the rustic character of this useful shack that appears in full glory, sandwiched between lustful forest and its reflected image.
A beautiful piece of Maine now discovered!
