If you are at the end of the St. George Peninsula in the tiny fishing village of Port Clyde and find yourself in need of sundries you are in luck because on Cold Storage Rd. where the St. George River meets the Atlantic Ocean is the PCGS (Port Clyde General Store).

Convenience Stores, Port Clyde

Fodor's Review:

If you need to stock up on anything before heading out to Monhegan Island, drive to the end of Route 131 to the dock-side Port Clyde General Store, under new ownership. Open throughout the year, it now has a full service deli, expanded meat counter and produce section, 20 boat moorings and marine fuel, as well as gas for cars. There are daily lunch specials that people literally line up for, and coffee is always available.

Hi Tom, Lovely little corner of the world, I like your perspective here, colour, detail & light are as always spot on. Having only several people in this scene is a good choice I think it add to that quite peaceful atmosphere,
Nice scene, well done.
Thanks
Santo

Hello Tom,

Lovely vacation place with all the accomodations as boats tools and other in the directly environment.
I like the structure of the buildings in wood, with very pleasant colour.
Nice composition and good presentation too. TFS.

Have a nice weekend,
John.

Good shot of a small town street. I love the well kept green and red facades of the building and your perspective composition works well to draw the eye into the frame. There are just enough people for interest and that underlines the quiet nature of the place. Well done
Kath

Hey Tom
I wish more malls looked like this. Nicely done. It looks like mountains reflecting in the windows or is it something hanging in the windows? Or maybe it's just a distortion from the glass.
Phil
