Hi Tom,
The low light reflects off the beacon and its access walk bringing our lovely detail. I like the way you've framed the geacon diagonally against the pastel sky with one bird overhead. The foreground grass and bench provide good anchoring detail and increase the DOF. This beautiful beacon provides you with good photo opportunities I see from your gallery, it must be near where you live.
