Photographer’s Note

The beach was completely foggy and I was just shooting some shells and other details that I presented in my last picture. I was very concentrated, then I suddenly heared some noise (voices actually). I watched around, the fog opened itself to introduce this beautiful 4 mast sailing boat. The mood that was spread around the boat was misty and mystic somehow....

Hi Geraldine,
I like your idea of this composition! The rocky coast in the foreground and the sailing boat coming through the fog create a scary atmosphere. Colours and sharpness are excellent. Great shot!

quelle belle atmosphère, l'image est vraiment bien composée avec un premier plan superbe.
La luminosité n'avait pas l'air facile mais tu t'en sors térs bien.

Your composition is great with the inclusion of the seaweed covered rocks in the foreground showing the ship behind. The lighting and colors are fine with nice sharpness and detail. The fog and dark skies sets a mysterious mood for the shot.

Hello Geraldine.
A very fine picture, with a certain ghostliness provided by the fog behind the boat. You have a really sharp and interesting foreground with a nice light upon it, and the boat is distinctive and impressive, and well placed to left of centre. A superb photo. Well taken.

Très jolie photo. La plage avec ses cailloux et sa mousse jaune. Et puis ce bateau avec la brume derrière qui se confond avec les nuages. C'est superbe !
