Polar Express?

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| Essex is frequently voted as one of the US's best little towns and it is located in Connecitcut. This is my shot of the Essex Steam Train on a crisp December evening. It reminded me of the beautifully illustrated holiday book, Polar Express. I set a time of 2.5 seconds. I lucked out (not having a tripod at the time)by managing to keep the image from blurring by steadying it against a nearby object. |

I must agree that it comes out very good, despite not having a tripod with you. Great machine.
Hi Andrea
Nice picture. I would have used a smaller f-stop to increase DOF (foreground is out of focus) and I think the huge frame belittles the picture too much.
TFS!
