Hi John,
The quality of your image gets even better with your new camera. Wonderful clarity, textures, smoothness, and colors of this one. I like the blue of the sky and even more of the fading blue as you get to the horizon. I think I had camped at almost all of the state parks & forests of MN. Did a lot of lake fishing. It was my dream to catch a walleye but I did catch a lot of Northern Pike, Bass, and Sunnies. Maybe one of these days I'll have walleye dinner at the Mama's & Papa's in Duluth with you & family. Best Regards. Latiff.

Hello John,
Echol Lake, mirror lake, lovely like... I like the graduated blues in the water, continuing onto the sky. The sharp resolution, and simple composition are the best way to present this lovely image.
Warm regards,

Hi John,
Love how the glass like surface of this lovely northern lake changes colors and shades of blue and green as it blends with the distant trees and vivid blue sky.
Great clarity and sharpness make for a very pleasing bit of prestine nature.

Hi John,
the shades of blue and the long curve are wonderful. The green bordering this blue and the foreground transparency make this lovely.

Hello John,
I hear the silence about the lake, here behind my desk, I feel the low wind, and smell the aroma of the water, and enjoy of your wonderful picture.
You use excellent the trees to both sides as funnel toward the background, this gives a very well perspective.
Composition and presentation are very well. TFS.
Best regards,
John.

Hello John
The blue of the lake reflected from the pristine blue sky is beautiful..your title could not be more apt. Good contrast with the green and the funnel effect by the trees on either side, joining in the far horizon. A picture of tranquility & peace, technically spotless.
Best Regards
Angshu
I think Minnesota is quite a bit more difficult to photograph than Colorado, John, with its flat landscapes. But you've overcome that here, by choosing the right light. It's the sun on the foreground, lighting the shallow lakebottom, that's really nice here, contrasting with the pure blue of the sky. I hope all works out well for you in your new home! Regards, Ken.

Hi John,
You captured wonderful light and color; the water plants and grasses add to the DOF of the endless curve into infinity.
