...."Buckboard Wagon"....

This old double tree ...."Buckboard Wagon".... was located
in a ranchers front yard on the way to the canyon where
last week's Corral was located. For it's age I thought it to
be in very good condition. These old wagons are hard
to get images of, they are either refinished or in a pile
in a tree line and cannot be single out. This original in
an area with good grass and sky to work with was amazing.

The machine slightly in the b/g and to the right of the wagon
is an horse drawn cultivator.

The white objects in the grass slightly in the b/g and between
the wagon and the cultivator are plastic protectors for flowers that
have been planted. They could have been removed - but - are
part of the image and real life that is found even out on the
ranch.

Thanks to everyone for looking in.

Hi Larry,
It is good to find you here. The wagon certainly is the impression many think of about the Midwest. You have presented it well. Sharp, with good dof, and the slight off-centering works. Greetings! Danilo

Hello Larry,

I think that these "Buckboard Wagon" have to are very old, I see the construction, everything for pulling two horses.
This type is my unknown with the high wood construction, together with the seat for two drivers.
Excellent composition and very well presentation, I have something learned today.
Very well done, TFS.

Best regards,
John.

Hi Larry
You are right. It is in good shape. A good composition and well exposed. The colours are nicely handled and the light is not too harsh.

Larry,
This is a great shot, the wagon is so perfectly placed off center with the supporting wood extended toward the viewer, leading the vision in and up to the seat of the wagon. The focus is right on, very sharpe and clarity is excellent. Color and light is adequately saturated and contrast. A scene that is very pleasant and filled with nature beauty and the old ranch charm is well depict through out. Simply lovely and charming place and you presentedly perfectly. Thanks.

Bonjour Larry,
la simplicité, celle qui nous montre l'agriculture aux USA, une contrée que nous européens rêvons tous de visiter.
La verdure est très présente sur la composition.
Regards.
daniel.

Larry,
Excellent composition here with the placement of the wagon slightly off center and taken from a nice angle. The angle of the shot provides nice depth and shows excellent detail. The inclusion of the cultivator was a good idea and provides balance for the wagon. The lighting and colors are nice with excellent sharpness and detail.
TFS,
Asa

Hello Larry

This is a real oldtimer!
The presentation is well composed, and the wagon is captured with fine details...
I notice the fine shape of the carriage, I also notice the inventive shock absorbing system for the seat, hehehe!
