I have some difficult to understand how you've catch this shot.
It's seems to have a long pose but you take it only in 1/20s. The result is spectacular with beautiful light and colours.

The affect of your shot is great. You have achieved fantastic depth and superb range of colours. Were you on the train? I cannot understand where you were standing and what the yellow lines come from.
