Striking piece isnt it? Its an original Picasso left to the elements of Chicago's weather. Thats whats cool about this. Im not a huge fan of Picasso but his style sure is recognizeable right away. Nice sharpness, Im actually more drawn to the reflections than the sculpture.
Hi Nino,
The sculpture combines perfectly with the modern buildings of downtown. Good light, bright and reflections in the glasses. Good job!
Have a nice weekend,
Leonor
A very interesting picture, Nino! It seems to be one of his series of the dove -the bird of peace - which is paradoxical in the USA. I like the children playing on it, which make it feel approachable and human is scale. The reflections in the glass are great, quite kaleidoscopic. However I love the couple exiting bottom left. The give a sense of spontaneity and movement to, what could have been, a rather monumental image.
