precious photo! pleasant colors and good clearness. I like!! Regards.

A lot of sky again Jim, but I don't think there's too much of it this time. Actually, I'd have cropped along the top to remove that patch of blue sky, which works against the dark moodiness in the rest of the sky.
I don't have a problem with the foreground shadows, they frame the scene nicely, and the rainbow is a good touch.
The image is tilted to the right, especially noticeable on the crazily leaning farm buildings. This could have been easily fixed by a quick rotation in photoshop.
Aside from these little niggles it's a good shot. Attention to detail is the key; cropping bits of sky that don't fit with the overall mood of the image, and most importantly correcting wonky framing. If you had done these two little things the image would have been a lot more succesful.

Cheers,
Ben

You were in the perfect place at the perfect time for this photo. The light is very pretty and the rainbow is an added bonus. It's a really nice capture.

I agree with the comment about the shadow in the foreground needing to be cropped. If you did that, it would draw the viewer's eye up toward the sky, which is much more interesting to look at. A grey gradient filter in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements would add at bit more contrast to the clouds in the sky and give them a more dramatic appearance. ;-)

Splendid shot of the farmland after the storm. The rainbow and the rich soil add immeasurably to the mood. The sky is good too. An f stop of 9+ would enhance but you can not remake this engaging scene! TFs.
Kind regards,
Kathy

Hello Jim: I think you were at the right place at the right time. good timing to catch that rainbow and the warm light after the rain. Beautiful. A shot of the pot of gold would have been a winner!!
