Photographer’s Note

It is a view from Monona Lake on Madison's downtown with Wisconsin State Capitol at the left side of the center.

I shot a few photos of Madison's skyline from the opposite shore of Monona Lake. On one photo 2/3 from top was filled with the sky because it was full of the interesting storm clouds. But that way looks like I was shooting from the boat. On other photo 2/3 from the bottom was filled with water. I liked better that way because it shows the size of Monona Lake. To break the monotony of the water I shown a small buoy which was flowing in front of me.

Hi Zbigniew,
This framing with a lot of space for the water works very well, because it balances graphically with the skyline of the city and a cloudy very interesting sky.
The light and the hues are soft, and I like the detail of the buoy that is outlined in foreground on the water because of its vivid red color.
Good composition.

Fajowskie swiatlo, fajowskie kolory, dobry cityscape, bez gadania, dobry, bardzo dobry. I niczym wisienka na torcie, fjny czerwono-bialy element na wodzie.

Nice school example, 2/3 foreground, 1/3 buildings in background, I find your choice excellent.
I like it the grey colour and the nice sky line of Madison pleasant for look at.

Podoba mi sie tutaj kompozycja. Woda ozywia niemalze kazde zdjecie. Imponujacy widoczek w tle. Calosc bardzo przyjemna dla oka.
